Race: Unicorn

Mane: A very zig-zag style of mane which curls at the edges. Pale yellow and red in colour, most of his mane leans against the right side of his face rather than down his neck. There is one section which stops around his chin and curls around, and others which trail down his face.

Tail: His tail is equally zig-zaggy and same in colour for his mane - pale yellow and red. However there are no splits, it is just a simple mane.

Eyes: Light blue. Nothing special about them.

Body: His body is a pink colour, and a very average build. He wears a dark blue suit which is usually tied at about the abdomen but he sometimes just leaves up open. The buttons area light blue, and the same applies to the tie, and the button securing the cuffs. There is also a golden badge which shows he is, in fact, a lawyer.

Cutie Mark: A golden star with an open white eye in front of it.

Age: 32

Personality: Prying Eye is a paranoid thing. Due to his special ability of determining lies, he's always constantly checking if ponies are lying or not when they talk to him, out of fear of being betrayed or being fooled. He's a very skittery pony at first because of his job and the things ponies have done, but if he realises you're not a liar or a bad pony, he'll slowly open up and use his magic on you less and less and begin to actually trust you. He's a compulsive truther, and absolutely refuses to tell lies at any cost, and is very exact in terms of when he speaks, right to the last detail.

Likes: Truth and generally ponies being honest with him and others since it means less use of magic.
Friends:

Dislikes: Lies, especially from common ponies. He also hates those who do bad and wants them punished as soon as possible.

Special Talent: Knowing if someone is telling a lie or not by using magic.

History:
-Born in Canterlot to arguing parents
-Went to school, and tended to stay overtime there just to avoid going back home to shouting
-Wasn't the greatest at magic, but kept practising
-One night he tried to levitate something, but ended up finding his father was lying to his mother about his relationship through his magic instead. Cutie mark appeared.
-Found the evidence and told his mother since he thought it was the best thing to do and thought it would end the shouting
-It didn't. More spouting. Divorce. Lived with his mother and visited his father occasionally.
-Started failing at classes due to childhood depression of said divorce
-Obsessed more and more about using his lie-detector magic to deal with people
-Grew up and became a lawyer for Canterlot and dealt with highest of crimes
-Is currently on vacation away from his job, and is visiting places

Example RP Segment: They were arguing again. For the sixth time this day. It was something about going out too late, but that was all he heard before the small colt covered his pink ears with his pink hooves, pulling his pale yellow and red mane down in the process. He was perched up on his bed, back hooves sprawled across the sheets and a book in front of him labelled 'The Phoenix Egg'. Prying liked that look, it was about a fire bird which was taken from birth by a baby dragon and they ended up as best friends. He smiled a little, but the sound of voices rose up and made him wince slightly. As we was about to levitate the book closed, his little horn sparked and glowed a golden light, but not under his control. Eyes widened. And he just... he just knew... his father was lying. It was odd really, having that surety on something, without having no clue about what it was. But he knew. And perhaps the best way to solve the constant screaming and shouting and arguments was... was to tell his mom!
He rolled out of the bed, the voices of his parents making his little ears sting, as he used his spell again. Yup. Yup lying. But what was it about...?
Prying Eye was too concerned looking for evidence to realise that his flank had stopped glowing, revealing his very own cutie mark.
